MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY FOR PROFESSIONALS AND CAREGIVERS. SPECIALIZING IN ANXIETY, BURNOUT, AND SELF-DOUBT.

You’ve done everything ‘right’-so why does it still feel so heavy?

Does this sound familiar?

On paper, you’ve achieved so much-yet when you look around, you realize you’re not truly happy.

  • Your mind won’t stop racing: Did I turn off the stove? Did I say the wrong thing? Am I even qualified for this job?

  • You hold yourself to impossible standards of productivity while giving everyone else a pass.

  • Self-care has started to feel like just another thing you have to ‘do right’.

  • Even in moments you usually love, it’s hard to feel fully present.

You keep telling yourself you want to be more mindful and in the moment but you’re not even sure what that really means.

What you do know is this: you’re craving a sense of calm, balance, and confidence in yourself.

Lauren Witkowski, LCSW mental health therapist for professionals, caregivers, and parents at Partners in Change Therapy.

Hi, I’m Lauren.

Let’s find new perspectives and practical tools that will actually make a difference in your life.

I get it- you’re busy. Taking time out for therapy feels like just one more thing.

That’s why I believe therapy should be a space to slow down, breathe, and get to know yourself again.

Sure we will talk about the anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt that brought you here. We will also look at your strengths, joys, and motivations- what you already do so well.

My style is compassionate accountability. Therapy with me means creating a supportive space where you feel understood, while also helping you take realistic steps towards change.

Anxiety Therapy for the Overthinker

Because it feels like anxiety gets to call all the shots. We will untangle the facts from the fear so you start managing your anxiety instead of it managing you.

Burnout Therapy for the Overdoer

Because your worth is not measured in productivity. Therapy will help quiet the thoughts leading to overworking so you can regain balance in your life.

Healing Therapy for Nurses

Because you deserve support too. Our work will help you figure out how to live a values-driven life while prioritizing yourself.

Let’s Get Started

Schedule a free 20 minute consultation: We can meet via phone or video- you choose. You will share what you are looking for in a therapist. I will share my style and answer any questions about working with me. If we are not the right fit, I will help you find someone who is.

Set your goals: During the initial appointment, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, the strengths and tools you are already using, and create your goals for change.

Get to work: We will schedule weekly follow up sessions to reflect on challenges, learn practical tools, and celebrate successes.
